Online reports that Vietnam announced the launch of the national blockchain platform NDAChain, which will serve as the core infrastructure of its digital ecosystem. NDAChain was developed by the National Data Association (NDA) of Vietnam and operated by the Data Innovation and Development Center of the Ministry of Public Security. The platform adopts the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus protocol and is equipped with zero-knowledge proof technology to enhance security. It has 49 public-private joint verification nodes, including national agencies and companies such as SunGroup, Zalo, and Masan to participate in network security maintenance. The blockchain network will provide a decentralized layer of trust in areas such as e-government, finance, medical care, logistics and education. At the same time, NDAChain will support NDA DID decentralized identity solutions for counterparty authentication and digital contract signing. The government said the NDAKey app will enable second-level authentication and is designed to prevent fraud and digital identity theft.
