Chinese autonomous driving developer, Momenta, which is backed by Toyota Motor (7203.JP) and German auto parts supplier Bosch, is considering changing its IPO location from New York to Hong Kong, Reuters quoted sources as saying.

No decision has been made regarding the listing plans, including the location, the report quoted Momenta's response as saying. Momenta also refuted claims that investors were informed of a confirmed Hong Kong listing next year, and said that the company has not announced or confirmed any pre-IPO financing activities or participants.
