Crypto tax incentives failed to be included in Trump's Big Beautiful Act "

Internet reported that on Tuesday, local time, the U.S. Senate narrowly passed President Donald Trump's "Beautiful Act", but to the disappointment of crypto industry leaders, the bill failed to include the key tax amendments they had previously promoted for crypto users. In the final hours of intense negotiations before the bill's passage, pro-crypto lawmakers and industry policy leaders, led by Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyoming), tried to attach to the bill an amendment that included multiple crypto-related tax benefits, including crypto miners, pledgers, businesses holding large amounts of cryptocurrency, and ordinary digital asset users. However, time eventually ran out and the amendment failed to enter the Senate review process. One crypto policy leader called the result a "missed opportunity" and said they "just ran out of time."
