Ray Dalio, founder of Bridgewater Fund: Investors should allocate 15% of their assets to gold and Bitcoin
According to online reports, Bridgewater Fund founder Ray Dalio said in "The Master Investor Podcast" that investors are advised to allocate at least 15% of their portfolio to gold and Bitcoin to hedge against the increasing risks of bond and stock markets. He pointed out that the macroeconomic risks brought by rising U.S. government debt have not yet been fully priced by the market and may trigger a significant decline. Dalio said he personally "strongly prefers" gold over Bitcoin and is skeptical of Bitcoin becoming a central bank reserve currency. He believes that Bitcoin has shortcomings in transaction privacy and may face protocol security risks.
