The overseas issuance and listing filings of CIG (603083.SH) has been approved, as disclosed by the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
The company planned to apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to issue no more than 77.062 million ordinary shares, achieving dual A+H listings.
