Weak U.S. economic data may prompt the Federal Reserve to turn to doves, and Bitcoin may benefit."

Internet reports that after the release of U.S. macroeconomic data on Wednesday, Bitcoin once fell below the US$94,000 mark, falling by 1% within the day. Major altcoins such as Ethereum and Solana fell simultaneously, and the total market value of cryptocurrencies retreated by nearly 4%. In the first quarter, the U.S. economy contracted by 0.3%, lower than expected growth of 0.2%. In March, core PCE rose by 2.6% year-on-year, which was consistent with expectations but lower than the February revised value of 3.0%. In April, ADP employment added 62,000 jobs, a significant decrease from 147,000 in March. David Hernandez, an expert on crypto investment at 21Shares, pointed out: "Federal funds futures show that the market now expects the Fed to cut interest rates more than four times this year. With slowing inflation and recession signals coexisting, policymakers 'balancing skills will be key to market movements in the coming weeks." Kirill Kretov, senior automation expert at CoinPanel, believes that interest rate cuts will benefit Bitcoin through a triple mechanism: a weaker US dollar, improved liquidity and a decline in government bond yields. "The GDP data of-0.3% combined with President Trump's increased pressure on the Federal Reserve has significantly increased the probability of policy turning to doves. In the current context of low liquidity in Bitcoin, even moderate capital inflows could drive prices up sharply." Markets generally believe that weak economic data may force the Federal Reserve to start the easing cycle ahead of schedule.
