According to online reports, crypto venture capital firm 10T Holdings announced a merger with 1RoundTable Partners (1RT) and renamed 50T. The entity will focus on the digital asset business and emphasize a structured downside protection investment strategy. At the same time, 50T also launched a new fund with a scale of US$500 million, which is expected to complete its first private equity financing in the fourth quarter of this year.
