Trump: Want to maintain nuclear restrictions with Russia

U.S. President Trump said on Friday that he hopes to maintain restrictions on the deployment of U.S. and Russian strategic nuclear weapons in the 2010 New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, which will expire in February next year, Internet reported. "You certainly don't want an agreement like this to expire. We are working to address this issue,"Trump told reporters as he left the White House for Scotland. It was the first time since Trump took office that he wanted to maintain restrictions on strategic nuclear weapons deployments after the treaty expired on February 5. "When you remove nuclear restrictions, it's a big issue," Trump said.
