CAPITAL SECURITIES (601136.SH) submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange yesterday (16th) for the issuance of H-shares and listing on the main board. The application materials for this issuance and listing were also published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
The joint sponsors of CAPITAL SECURITIES are CITIC Securities, China Galaxy International, China Securities International, and BOCI.
Data shows that CAPITAL SECURITIES' 1H25 turnover rose by 0.4% YoY to RMB1.845 billion, while its net profit grew by 2.8% YoY to RMB490 million.
