Trump responds to expulsion of Musk: we have to consider it "
Internet reported that U.S. President Trump said at the White House on Tuesday that he would "consider" expelling billionaire Musk. When asked if he planned to expel the South African-born entrepreneur, now a U.S. citizen, Trump initially responded "I don't know" and later added that "it needs to be studied." Recently, the war between Trump and Musk has resumed. Musk has stepped up his attack on the Republican tax reform bill that would accelerate the elimination of electric vehicle consumption credits. As CEO of Tesla, Musk's criticism caused the company's share price to fall more than 4% in pre-market trading. Trump accused Musk of opposing the bill because his business empire would lose subsidies. Earlier in the day, he threatened to withdraw government support for Musk's companies on social media and reiterated the warning at a press conference. "He is losing support for electric vehicle policies," Trump said."Elon may lose more."
