ZHOU LIU FU (06168.HK) has announced its offering results. Its Hong Kong public offering recorded 711.11 times subscription, with a one-lot (100 shares) success rate of only 0.82%. The subscription of 20,000 shares will guarantee a lot.
Under the clawback mechanism, the public offering has increased to 23.404 million shares, representing 43.48% of the total number of shares offered. The international offering was 13.55 times subscribed. The company's shares are expected to be listed on Thursday (26th).
LINGBAO GOLD (03330.HK) and seven other cornerstone investors have collectively subscribed for HKD570 million worth of shares.
