Trump: No intention of extending 90-day tariff suspension

Internet reports that according to the Associated Press reported on June 29, U.S. President Trump said he had no intention of extending the 90-day tariff suspension for most countries and regions beyond July 9. Once the negotiation deadline he set expires, the government will inform relevant countries and regions that unless an agreement is reached with the United States, trade penalties will take effect as scheduled. He said that before the deadline approaches, a letter will be sent to relevant countries and regions soon. Trump said on Fox News Channel: "We will assess the attitude of countries and regions towards us: whether they are friendly or unfriendly. Some countries and regions we don't care about, so we just send high numbers."
