ANJOY FOOD (02648.HK) has announced its offering results. Its Hong Kong public offering recorded 44.2 times subscription, with a one-lot (100 shares) success rate of 70%, and the subscription of eight lots will guarantee one lot.
Under the clawback mechanism, the public offering has increased to 11.9985 million shares, representing 30% of the total number of shares offered. The international offering was 5.85 times subscribed. The shares are expected to be listed on Friday (4th).
