Online reports that Sony's Layer2 network Soneium has launched an incubator program called "Soneium For All" to accelerate consumer and game application development within its 7 million user blockchain ecosystem. The program, created in partnership with Astar Network and Startale Cloud Services and supported by investment from Sony Innovation Fund, is expected to be officially launched in the third quarter.
