CATL (300750.SZ) announced that it is advancing the process of applying to issue foreign-listed H shares and list on the Main Board of HKEX (00388.HK) . The HKEX Listing Committee recently held a listing hearing to review the company’s application for issuance and listing.
The joint sponsors for this issuance and listing have received a letter from HKEX, confirming that the Listing Committee has reviewed CATL’s listing application.
However, the letter does not constitute formal listing approval, and HKEX retains the right to provide further comments on the company’s application.
