According to online reports, crypto investor Anthony Pompliano announced on platform X that he has formally filed an 8-K document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to seek approval of the proposed business merger between ProCap BTC, LLC and Columbus Circle Capital Corp. If the transaction is approved, the merger transaction will be listed as the new company "ProCap Financial" with the stock code "CCCM".
