Gemini Joint Venture questions Trump's nomination of Brian Quintenz to chair the CFTC
Online reports, according to The Block, Gemini co-founder Tyler Winklevoss has questioned U.S. President Trump's nomination of Brian Quintenz as chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Winklevoss pointed out that Quintenz, as a16z's global policy director and a member of Kalshi's board of directors, had conflicts of interest and that he may be trying to obtain non-public information related to Kalshi's competitors within the CFTC.
