The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a filing notice for Chery Automobile's overseas issuance & listing and the 'full circulation' of its unlisted domestic shares.
Chery Automobile planned to issue no more than approx. 699 million overseas listed ordinary shares, and list on HKEX (00388.HK) . Eighteen shareholders of the Company intended to convert a total of nearly 2.016 billion unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares for listing and trading on HKEX.
