After deciding to build plants in Thailand, Brazil and Hungary, BYD has set its sights on Mexico in North America。According to media reports, BYD has sent a delegation to the Mexican state of Jalisco to consider setting up an electric vehicle factory there.。At the end of February this year, Li Ke, president of BYD's North American branch, said the company would determine the location of its Mexico plant by the end of this year, with an estimated annual output of 150,000 vehicles.。According to data from the China Automobile Association, among the top ten countries in China's auto exports last year, Mexico ranked second only to Russia, with annual exports reaching 41.50,000 vehicles。
