SERES (601127.SH) , the automobile manufacturer that owns the "AITO" brand, submitted an application for listing of its H shares to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today (28th).

The joint sponsors are CICC and China Galaxy International. Based on today's closing price of RMB127.25, its market cap reaches RMB207.8 billion.

Last year, SERES' revenue soared 3.05 times YoY to RMB145.112 billion; it turned losses into profits, recording a net profit of RMB5.946 billion, compared with a loss of nearly RMB2.45 billion in the previous fiscal year.
