ZIJIN GOLD INTL (02259.HK) , a spin-off from ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK) , has announced its offering results.
The Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 240.74 times, with a one-lot (100 shares) success rate of 50%. The international offering was subscribed 20.38 times.
The offer price was HKD71.59, raising net proceeds of HKD24.47 billion.
