According to online reports, Starknet announced that the transfer of rights has now been completed, the pledge operation has been resumed, and the block certification and commission adjustment functions are now online on the main network. This upgrade improves the economics of STRK pledges and brings greater transparency to validators 'behavior: allowing principals to evaluate and compare validators' activity and reliability before participating in the Starknet Consensus in the future (with the goal of EOY). The implementation of the v2 version is an important step towards full decentralization for Starknet. The v3 version may be launched by the end of the year and the Bitcoin pledge function will be introduced to Starknet.
