According to online reports, Sun Yuchen issued a document saying that funds involved in suspected fraud cases involving more than US$500 million from First Digital Trust (FDT) and ARIA have flowed into multiple banks in Dubai through Hong Kong's FDT and Legacy Trust, including Mashreq Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), United Arab Emirates National Bank (Emirates NBD) and Swiss EFG Bank. Those involved include Christian Alexander Boehnke De Lorraine Elbouef, Vincent Chok, Yai Sukonthabhund, Matthew William Brittain and Cecilia Teresa Brittain. At the same time, web3bounty.io, an anti-fraud tracking platform for this case, was officially launched. Sun Yuchen called on the Dubai government, regulators and banks to take decisive action to prevent Dubai from becoming a safe haven for financial crimes.
