HAIXI PHARMA (02637.HK), an innovative pharmaceutical company, is conducting its IPO in Hong Kong.
It proposes to offer 11.5 million H-shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (around 1.15 million shares) and the international offering accounting for 90% (around 10.35 million shares).
The offer price ranges from HKD69.88 to HKD86.40 per share, aiming to raise up to around HKD994 million. The entry fee for a board lot of 50 shares will be around HKD4,363.57.
The IPO will commence today (9th) and close next Tuesday (14th), with the listing of shares expected on October 17. The joint sponsors are Huatai International and CMB International.
