Hackers hacked into New York Post X account and sent fraudulent private messages to cryptocurrency users "

Online reports, according to Cointelegraph, the New York Post's official X (formerly Twitter) account was suspected to have been hacked. Many users of the cryptocurrency community received unauthorized private messages from the account. The fraudster pretended to be a reporter and invited users to participate in podcasts. Show and directed them to Telegram. According to Alex Katz, founder and CEO of Kerberus, after gaining unauthorized access, scammers did not publish common wallet money theft links, but instead directed users to Telegram through private messages. To prevent the New York Post team from discovering that accounts have been stolen, scammers will block user replies after sending messages.
