On July 16, Mary-Catherine Lader issued a document announcing that she would end her four-year term as president and chief operating officer at Uniswap and start a new career. Lader reviewed his career since starting the digital asset business at BlackRock in 2015 and said the partnership with Uniswap founder Hayden Adams was a "wonderful adventure."
