a16z relocated its main entity AH Capital Management from Delaware to Nevada
According to online reports, a16z, the top U.S. venture capital firm, announced that it will move the registration of its main business entity AH Capital Management from Delaware to Nevada. A16z stressed that it will continue to invest in Delaware-registered companies, but believes technology founders should re-evaluate their registration choices.
