According to online reports, Citigroup has given stablecoin issuer Circle (CRCL) a "buy/high risk" rating with a target price of US$243. Although Circle's share price has risen sharply since its initial public offering (from $31 to a record high of $299 set last week), Citi analysts believe it is not overvalued.
