Soluna Holdings raises $5 million through rights issue to support expansion of green data centers for BTC mining
Online reports that Soluna Holdings, a Nasdaq-listed company that develops green data centers for intensive computing applications such as Bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence, announced that it will raise US$5 million through a rights issue. The transaction is expected to be completed on July 17 after meeting customary transaction conditions. HC Wainwright & Co. serves as the exclusive placing agent for the offering, and the new funds will be used to support its expansion of data center operations and general corporate purposes.
