CF PHARMTECH (02652.HK), a company that is focused on the R&D of drugs for treating respiratory diseases, is conducting its IPO in Hong Kong, planning to globally offer 41.198 million H-shares, with 10% (approx. 4.12 million shares) for Hong Kong public offering and 90% (approx. 37.078 million shares) for international placement.

The offer price is $14.75 per share, aiming to raise approx. $608 million. The entry fee for a board lot of 500 shares is around $7,449.38.
