Blockchain financial technology company CloudTech completes $14 million in Series A financing
On June 11, blockchain financial infrastructure startup CloudTech completed a US$14 million Series A financing, of which US$11 million was raised in the form of Bitcoin and stablecoin USDT. The funds will be used to launch institutional-level custody solutions for digital assets and expand the broader crypto-native financial ecosystem. This round of financing came from a number of investors whose identities were not disclosed. CloudTech was established in 2021 with a team of 40 people and is headquartered in Melbourne. Its digital financial services include over-the-counter transactions, stablecoin solutions and CobWebPay (which converts cryptocurrency into Australian dollars for daily shopping).
