THREE SQUIRRELS (300783.SZ) announced that it had received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
The company plans to issue no more than 81.5483 million overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on HKEX (00388.HK) .
It is worth noting that there is still uncertainty regarding the overseas issuance and listing, as they require approval from regulatory bodies like the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
