Cantor Fitzgerald launches $2 billion Bitcoin loan program
According to online reports, Cantor Fitzgerald LP officially launched its US$2 billion bitcoin loan program, with the first transactions being cryptocurrency companies FalconX Ltd. and Maple Finance. Digital asset broker FalconX has completed a bitcoin-backed financing arrangement and plans to withdraw more than $100 million through a "broader credit framework" with Cantor. At the same time, Maple Finance also announced that it has completed the first delivery of funds with Cantor's financing facility.
