According to online reports, according to the Hong Kong Commercial Daily, Meitu founder Cai Wensheng bought the entire building in Tin Hau for approximately HK$650 million. The transaction target is the Ginza building on Tin Hau Road "PARK AURA". The property was completed in 2020 and has a height of 25 floors (underground to 24th floor), a single-storey area of approximately 2041 square feet, and a total floor area of approximately 53,000 square feet. Cai Wensheng posted on social media saying that he plans to build the building into an AI-Web3 entrepreneurship center: AI-themed cafes (similar to garage coffee models) will be set up on the 1st-2nd floors, supporting AI technology lecture spaces. Some floors are set up as AI-Space shared office areas, which are free for Hong Kong entrepreneurs to apply for use. The remaining floors are planned to be studios in the field of AI and Web3.
