Consensus sys founders consider adding leverage to Ethereum treasury firm Sharplink
According to a Bloomberg interview on Thursday with Lubin, founder and CEO of Ethereum software infrastructure provider Consensus sys, Lubin is considering introducing leverage for Sharplink Gaming Inc., where he serves as chairman. Sharplink Gaming Inc. is a sports betting and gaming technology company that has recently transformed into an Ethereum treasury company. "Sharplink currently has no debt," Lubin said. But he added: "We may take some steps to bring some leverage to the company, possibly convertible equity. We will issue long-term bonds at low interest rates. We will not put the company's strategy at risk."
