The photovoltaic product manufacturer in Mainland China, JA SOLAR (002459.SZ) , submitted an application for H-share listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today. The joint sponsors are CITIC Securities and CICC.
The group's revenue last year shed 14% YoY to RMB70.12 billion, turning from profit to loss YoY, with a loss of RMB4.656 billion, compared with a profit of RMB7.039 billion in the previous fiscal year.
