Internet reported that U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Hester Peirce said that in-kind redemptions of crypto exchange-traded funds (ETFs) may be imminent. Peirce was asked during a panel discussion at the Bitcoin Policy Institute on Wednesday whether the SEC would approve physical creations and redemptions and whether it was "just around the corner." She responded: "These (applications) are going through the process... so I think it will definitely be 'just around the corner' at some point. I couldn't predict, but we heard a lot of interest."
