UK-listed company Smarter Web Company receives strategic investment of £ 3.795 million
Online reports that according to an official announcement, The Smarter Web Company, a British listed company, has completed a strategic investment financing amounting to 3.795 million pounds (approximately 4.9 million US dollars). The financing was achieved through the issuance of 766,719 new common shares at a price of £ 4.95 per share. The company said it was excited to welcome the strategic investor as a shareholder. On June 19, The Smarter Web Company increased its holdings of 104.28 bitcoins, bringing its total holdings to 346.63 bitcoins.
