According to online reports, Metaplane Inc. issued a document on the X platform stating that at its board of directors held on June 16, 2025, the company decided to issue US$210 million in interest-free ordinary bonds to the EVO Fund (hereinafter referred to as "bondholders"). The funds raised are planned to be used to purchase Bitcoin.
