Biotechnology company PEGBIO CO-B (02565.HK) announced the details of its IPO in Hong Kong. It proposed to offer 19.2835 million H-shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (1.9285 million shares) and international offering accounting for 90% (17.355 million shares). The offer price was $15.6 per share, raising up to around $300 million. The entry fee for a board lot of 500 shares would be around $7,878.66.

The IPO will commence today (19th) and close this Thursday (22nd). It is expected to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange next Tuesday (27th). The joint sponsors are CMBC Capital and ABC International.
