According to online reports, Binance officially announced that with the suspension of U.S. sanctions against Syria, Syria is no longer listed as a "restricted country" and the platform is now fully open to Syria residents. Users can use services such as spot and contract transactions, pledge and financial management, Binance Pay cross-border payment, and Arabic educational content.
