Bit Deer has completed the issuance of US$330 million in convertible bonds
Internet reports that Bitdeer completed the issuance of US$330 million in convertible bonds with a coupon rate of 4.875%, maturing in 2031. This is the third time in nearly a year that the Bitcoin mining company has raised funds through convertible bonds. The funds will be used for SEALMINER mining machine research and development and data center expansion. This private offering is open to qualified institutional investors, exceeds the original target of US$300 million, and includes US$45 million in over-allotment options.
