US Senate: Shooting at Trump campaign rally stems from security lapses

Internet reports that the investigation report released by the U.S. Senate on July 13 local time showed that Trump's shooting at the election rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13 last year originated from "a series of avoidable security omissions."
