Fairshake, the U.S. crypto industry super political action committee, is likely to play a key role in Senator Thom Tillis's 2026 re-election campaign
Internet reports that according to encryption journalist Eleanor Terrett, Fairshake (the U.S. encryption industry super political action committee) is likely to play a key role in Senator Thom Tillis's 2026 re-election campaign, which is expected to cost nearly $1 billion. Tillis signed into the BankingGOP Market Structure Principles last week after also proposing the PROOF Act on certification of cryptocurrency reserves and a draft discussion on illicit finance. Rep. Wiley Nickel's pro-cryptocurrency record in the House may now put him directly into Fairshake's eye. It will be interesting who the Republican Party is facing.
