XJ ELECTRICS (02619.HK) announced its offering results. Its Hong Kong public offering recording 852.38 times subscription, with an one-lot (1,000 shares) success rate of 10%, and the subscription of 200,000 shares will guarantee a lot.

According to the clawback mechanism, the public offering shares have been increased to 34.11 million shares, accounting for 50% of the total number of shares offered. The final offering price is set at $2.86, the lower end of the price range, raising net proceeds of $156 million. The shares are expected to list on Wednesday (25th).
