Curve: Smart contracts have not been compromised, and the impact is limited to the DNS layer only
On May 13, DeFi protocol Curve released a follow-up announcement on the "official website DNS was hijacked" incident early this morning: neither the smart contract nor the internal system was compromised, the protocol itself remained operating and secure, and user funds were safe. The incident did not affect the protocol's infrastructure and was limited to the DNS layer. Users still need to avoid interacting with affected domain names until official updates are released through Curve Finance's certified communication channel.
