The Board of HLA (600398.SH) reviewed and approved a proposal to issue shares overseas (H shares), and list on HKEX (00388.HK) , according to HLA's announcement.
The Board authorized the Company's management to initiate preliminary preparations for the H-share listing. Currently, HLA planned to discuss specific work on the H-share listing with relevant intermediaries, and the details of the H-share listing have not yet been finalized.
