Digital healthcare integrated service provider, 160 HEALTH (02656.HK), is conducting its IPO in Hong Kong, planning to globally offer 33.6455 million shares, with 10% (approx. 3.3648 million shares for Hong Kong public offering and 90% (approx. 30.2808 million shares) for international placement.
The offer price ranges from $11.89 to $14.86 per share, aiming to raise a maximum of nearly $500 million. The entry fee for a board lot of 250 shares is around $3,752.47.
The offering period starts today (9th), and will end this Friday (12th), with the listing expected on 17 September. Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.) and Zero2IPO Capital are its joint sponsors.
