Internet reports that according to CBS News, U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessant and Commerce Secretary Rutnik have submitted a U.S. sovereign wealth fund plan to Trump, but the White House expressed concerns about some of the proposals. The fund will follow the Saudi and Norway models to generate public benefits by investing in natural resource assets.
