Dubai launches real estate token platform Prypco Mint, allowing investors to invest as little as US$540 to participate in the Dubai real estate market
Online reports, Tokocrypto reported that the Dubai Ministry of Land (DLD) launched Prypco Mint, a real estate token platform, which uses Ctrl Alt to develop the underlying infrastructure. The platform divides physical properties into digital tokens on the blockchain, allowing investors to invest as little as US$540 to participate in the Dubai real estate market. The platform has been directly connected with the Dubai Ministry of Land system to ensure that blockchain records are synchronized with traditional land registrations. Dubai plans to tokenize real estate assets worth US$16 billion by 2033, allowing more investors to enter the Dubai real estate market by lowering investment thresholds and improving liquidity.
